How do the sessions work?
Sessions are online (via Google Meet or Zoom Workplace) and last 50 minutes.
The introductory session is free and is designed to get to know you, hear what brings you to therapy, and answer any questions you may have about how therapy works. Afterwards, if you decide to continue with the process, I will send you more details and we will agree on a price and time.
How do I prepare for a session?
Some people know what they want to bring to the session, others don’t. It’s okay if you’re not sure, as part of the therapeutic process can include trying to come to that understanding. Still, it can be helpful to try and think about what brings you to therapy and what you want to talk about beforehand.
